A gentle suggestion for extra-terrestrial camping

Anastasia Sosunova is a visual artist working with installation, sculpture and video, whose practice revolves around the collective and individual narratives of the “alien” in social and ecological contexts. The site-specific installation for this year’s Supynes is a work inspired by a science fiction novel “Space Mowgli“ by Boris and Arkady Strugatsky and the idea of the interplay between human activity and extra-terrestrial space. The easy to stumble upon frozen evidence of the hybrid species is scattered around several spaces of the festival area.
